About This Cause
Fibromyalgia Awareness Northern Ireland (FM.A.NI) is a non profit registered charity organisation dedicated to providing help and support to Fibromyalgia sufferers and those who care for them. Their family & Friends. Run by Volunteer Fibromyalgia patients, who go out of their way to offer help & support to patients who are Isolated, Alone, Depressed, Suffer With Anxiety, Bed Bound. We have now manages to secure NEW PREMISES for our organisation again. We are now operation an Outreach Center and Advice Hub. As well as offering Advice & support to Fibro patients, we also offer the same to their Families, Friends & Carers. As well as Benefit Help, Advice & Support. This is done now via telephone or Zoom because of the pandemic and not in person, as well as online our closed support group page, and in 121 sessions as well. Any help and support now is needed more than ever as we now have no income generated Apart from some street collections. All donations or sponsorship is greatly appreciated more now than ever. People with Fibro and other underlying conditions are suffering more and more with mental health issues, this is going to be one of the other things we as a charity are wanting to address now also as mental health issues have risen a lot since we had lock-downs etc. Please help and show your support, any little bit helps us maintain our work in helping those in need now more than ever.
