Mission Statement
The Friends of Holly Hill Farm strives to provide healthy, organically grown food for the local community, and to foster good stewardship of the land by educating all ages about the practices of conservation and sustainable farming in a welcoming environment.
About This Cause
The Friends of Holly HIll Farm is a 501(c)(3) educational organic farm in Cohasset, MA. and is dedicated to educating the community about sustainable and organic practices, and growing certified organic vegetables, herbs and flowers for sale at our historic Farm Stand and local Farmers' Market. We have installed raised beds in over 40 local schools, where our education staff collaborates with teachers and administration for composting and water collection systems and growing organic crops. We have a Summer Programming for children ages 3-18, and a Farm to Food Pantry program for teens to grow, harvest and deliver organic 4,400 pounds of produce to local food pantries.
