Mission Statement

As a not-for-profit, community-based organization, Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association provides people in central New Hampshire with services and programs to manage illness and promote wellness to improve their health. We annually serve 9,300 people of all ages through home care, hospice, personal home services, maternal and child health services, pediatrics, and community health services. Last year in consonance with our mission, Concord Regional VNA provided more than $3.5 million in community benefits to meet the needs of all individuals, regardless of a person's ability to pay.
