About This Cause
For over 50 years we have been providing a safe place for the youth of Salem, NH with affordable programs for preschoolers to teenagers. Our after school programs focus on character and citizenship, healthy lifestyles and academic success. We offer swimming lessons, sport camps, cooking lessons, homework help, music lessons and art programs. We offer the opportunity to join community service groups and clubs such as the Keystone Club and the Torch Club. We recently expanded our hours and we now serve 30-40 dinners each evening. Additionally, we have made busing more accessible and have increased our average daily attendance from 270-350 children. Parents rely on our daily transportation, summer camps and the fact that we are open during school holidays. Our community needs these services and we rely on the generosity of our supporters to be able to continue to provide all that we can provide.
