About This Cause
The mission of Cape Abilities is to serve individuals with disabilities on Cape Cod by educating, counseling and providing residential, therapeutic, social and employment supports that empower them to achieve meaningful and valued roles in the community. WHAT WE DO Cape Abilities offers a range of programs, including: • Job placement and training services • Residential programs • Day Habilitation/Life Skills • Transportation With a creative approach to sustainability, we have developed several social enterprises that provide jobs for people with disabilities: Cape Abilities Farm, which grows award-winning tomatoes, flowers and other produce Cape Abilities Farm Store, featuring our farm produce, local products, art, furniture and gifts Cape Abilities Thrift Shop, specializing in fine furniture and home décor and featuring pieces beautifully preserved and brought back to life by our Cape Abilities Furniture Cape Abilities Vending, which provides vending services for businesses at over 45 locations from Wareham to Eastham
