Mission Statement
Project Place's mission is to help homeless and low income individuals obtain and sustain employment and housing by creating opportunities that develop critical job and life skills through education, training, jobs and personal supports.
About This Cause
Project Place is a 501 c 3 organization that serves individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty in the Greater Boston area. We work with men and women seeking to obtain stable housing and employment. We offer a combination of programs, classroom based training and case management that imparts work skills and relevant training for today's' job market. Over 400 people go through programs each year, and we are uniquely focused to deliver comprehensive services to homeless veterans, individuals returning to the community after incarceration and homeless women with children. With additional programs of supported housing and resource referrals, each individuals creates and pursues their own plan that best enables them to develop the skills they need to overcome their barriers and achieve success.
