To support the right of elders and adults living with disabilities to live independently with dignity in a setting of their choice by providing them and caregivers with information, advice, and access to quality services and resources.
About This Cause
Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES), a private, non-profit organization founded in 1975, assists over 20,000 individuals annually in eleven communities north of Boston. MVES’ service area includes Malden, Chelsea, Everett, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Stoneham, Wakefield and Winthrop The mission of MVES is to support the right of elders and adults living with disabilities to live independently with dignity in a setting of their own choice by providing information, advice, and access to quality services and resources. We act as an entry point through which elders, adults living with disabilities, families, caregivers, and health care professionals can access a wide variety of programs, services, and supports. The main focus of our agency is to promote safe, independent living for the elders and adults living with disabilities in the communities we serve.
