Mission Statement
The mission of Dress for Success Boston is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
About This Cause
Our vision is a world where women do not live in poverty; are treated with dignity and respect; and are strengthening their families and shaping their communities. The main goal of Dress for Success Boston is to help women transition into the workforce. We achieve this in two specific ways (1) by providing interview-appropriate clothing and (2) by offering job search and retention services. The three programs that support these activities are: The Suiting Program, The Professional Women’s Group Program, and The Career Center.
