Mission Statement
The Rhode Island Free Clinic provides free primary healthcare and specialist care to Rhode Island adults who do not have health insurance or cannot afford it. We also serve as an educational site for students in many healthcare fields.
About This Cause
The Rhode Island Free Clinic provides primary care and 27 specialties to over 2000 patients each year. We are a medical home for those without insurance or who cannot afford health insurance. We coordinate over 200 volunteer doctors, nurses and other health care professionals to deliver the very best care to those who need it most. We also serve as an educational training site for many future healthcare professionals by partnering with many area higher education institutions.
