Mission Statement
Quinnipiac University, founded in 1929, is a pri¬vate, coeducational, nonsectarian institution of higher education. It is primarily a residential cam¬pus in a uniquely attractive New England setting. Q~innipiac's mission is to provide a supportive and stimulating environment for the intellectual and personal growth of undergraduate, graduate and continuing education students. The university offers broadly based undergradu¬ate programs together with graduate programs in selected professional fields. At the undergraduate level, through integrated liberal arts and profes¬sional curricula, programs in the Schools of Busi¬ness, Communications, Health Sciences, and the College of Liberal Arts prepare students for career entry or advanced studies. Adult students may complete an undergraduate degree through the College of Professional Studies. Graduate pro¬grams are designed to provide professional qualifi¬cations for success in business, education, health sciences, communications and law.
