Mission Statement
Our mission at the Suffield Volunteer Ambulance Association is, first and foremost, to provide life saving treatment and transportation of the ill and injured to the appropriate hospitals. In addition, we provide comfort to friends and family of the sick and/or injured, educate our community members in matters relating to medical emergencies, and medical support to our public safety partners in the community and region.
About This Cause
The Suffield Volunteer Ambulance Association is a small emergency medical service based in Suffield, Connecticut. We are a small, non-profit organization, made up of mostly volunteers with a few paid EMT intermediates and paramedics. We serve the residents of Suffield and provide mutual aid to the surrounding towns.
