Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care is a faith-based, nonprofit home health care agency rooted in a philosophy of care centered in the dignity of the human person and the sacredness of human life.
About This Cause
Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care, a licensed, faith-based home health care agency offers nursing care, hospice care, palliative care, physical, speech, occupational therapy, medical social services, and home health aide services to individuals in their homes. The agency has been providing home health care and end of life care for over 35 years. Our staff serves 30 Connecticut towns. Our hospice program offers holistic support to the terminally ill person, to their family member and to their friends. Hospice does not focus on dying but strives to help people with terminal illness live as fully as possible until their natural death.
