Committed to our communities for nearly 50 years as a trusted nonprofit, Waveny LifeCare Network, Inc., has sought to provide the highest quality of compassionate, person-centered care since 1975. We are committed to offering services and resources to continually meet and exceed the growing needs of older adults and their families. Our full spectrum of care anticipates every need with a progression of therapeutic programs, services, and living options to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. From independent, assisted, and memory care living, to at-home and in-patient short- and long-term stays after a hospitalization, nursing care, palliative care, and hospice care, Waveny provides award-winning personalized solutions to a robust continuum of healthcare services to seniors from all areas in lower Fairfield County. Our values are driven by quality, excellence, collaboration, community accountability, and advocacy. A Certified Nursing Aide School, dementia care program, and telemedicine program round out our social accountability to our communities.

Waveny LifeCare Network, Inc., Organizational information: Waveny LifeCare Network is a Fairfield County trusted non-profit with a 50-year history serving our communities, that provides a comprehensive continuum of healthcare to serve the growing needs of adults, primarily seniors. We offer a progression of therapeutic services, programs, and living options to enhance the quality of life and peace of mind for those we serve. We are committed to providing the highest quality of compassionate, person-centered care, serving over 1,000 patients a day throughout our facilities, residences, and within hundreds of homes in our communities in lower Fairfield County. Our full spectrum of geriatric care includes everything from independent, assisted, memory care living, to at-home and in-patient short- and long-term stays after a hospitalization, nursing care, homecare, palliative care, hospice care, telemedicine services, a dementia care program and Certified Nursing Aide School. We also employ nurses in the Wilton public schools. Waveny has a “5-Star” Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services rating in both quality and staffing levels, a “Best Short- and Long term Care Nursing Home” designation by U.S. News & World Report, and have received an Innovation award in 2023 and Social Accountability award in 2022 from leading local and national healthcare associations like Leading Age and the Connecticut Assisted Living Association for establishing a healthcare provider owned Certified Nursing Aide School which include LPN and RN clinical rotations through our Short-Term Rehabilitation Facility, and with Stamford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital (Nuvance Health), and Greenwich Hospital for rehabilitation. Moreover, as we serve over 1,000 residents and patients per day, we maintain close, bi-directional shared client and referral partnerships with Stamford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital (Nuvance Health), Yale-New Haven Health, and Greenwich Hospital, as well as many Connecticut skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, medical practices, health clinics, senior centers, non-profits, and health facilities to serve the needs of the ~294,000 senior citizen (55+) population.
