Our mission: To empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
About This Cause
Our programs help women achieve financial independence by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home and community. We help women find and maintain employment. We also help them achieve health and wellness, as well as self-defined financial and professional success. Dress for Success Hartford celebrates their 25th Anniversary in 2023 and has helped over 8,500 Connecticut women. Our organization provides a true “Circle of Support” for each of our women including the following Employment Readiness & Employment Retention Programs: Career Center, Career Management Coaching Program, Employment Readiness Program, Professional Women’s Group and our Suiting Program.
