About This Cause
Providing a continuum of care that includes housing and support services for people with physical disabilities as well as rehabilitation and inpatient nursing home care. We have 3 main divisions which include: New Horizons Village: An independent apartment style community, offering 101 adults with physical disabilities the opportunity for self-directed living, combining barrier-free housing with non-medical care and transport support services. Cherry Brook Health Care Center: A 100-bed, skilled nursing facility, offering short term rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation and long term care. New Horizons Middlebury: A five unit community-based apartment complex, offering affordable, fully accessible housing for seniors and/or adults with physical disabilities.
