BROTHERHOOD SYNAGOGUE

NEW YORK, New York, 10003-1781 United States

Mission Statement

Social and cultural programs, educational programs, committee work, outreach opportunities, and more. These activities strengthen bonds within our own community, with other NYC Jewish communities, and with the community at large. We encourage all of our members to volunteer or to join us for programs throughout the year.

About This Cause

The projected goals of The Brotherhood Synagogue are to provide for the religious and social needs of its members and congregants, as well as to provide for those in our community and city who are less fortunate. This is exemplified by our providing shelter and food for homeless people. We attempt to achieve the above in a full and true sense of ecumenical brotherhood. Our community outreach includes cultural events such as films and musical programs and our participation in interfaith educational seminars, multicultural events and performances.
