Mission Statement
End of Life Choices New York seeks to expand end of life options, improve end of life care, and promote healthcare equity at the end of life so New Yorkers can have good quality of life at the end of life, and receive care in alignment with their wishes and values.
About This Cause
We provide direct support to New Yorkers who are planning for or navigating care at the end of life. We advocate for improved and expanded policy for patient rights and options. We educate the general public and healthcare professionals on advance care planning, end of life care, and patient rights.
