The Village Light Opera Group is a community theater organization.
About This Cause
The Village Light Opera Group presents full-scale musical productions, concerts, plays, and workshops to the greater New York City community. Members come from all professions, and include aspiring theater professional as well as others for whom theater is an avocation. The company regularly donates tickets to its performances to senior citizen and other groups, and regularly provides performances that are interpreted for the deaf. Members pay dues to participate, but membership is open to all who wish to join.
