The mission of Chesapeake Bay Retriever Relief & Rescue, Incorporated is the rescue of Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and Chesapeake Bay Retriever mixes through a volunteer rescue network.
About This Cause
Chesapeake Bay Retriever Relief & Rescue, Inc. (CBRR&R) is dedicated to rescuing Chesapeake Bay Retrievers (CBRs) and CBR mixes through a national volunteer network. Our mission includes educating CBR owners, animal shelters, potential adopters, and the general public to support the training, re-homing, and medical care of CBRs in need. Members of CBRR&R are committed to finding responsible and loving homes for these dogs. Our goal is to promote responsible dog ownership by educating the public about the benefits of spaying and neutering pets, providing behavioral guidelines to prevent and address problem behaviors, and informing prospective CBR owners about the unique qualities, characteristics, and needs of the breed before they decide to adopt a Chesapeake Bay Retriever.
