Mission Statement
Caring for Colombia's mission is to mobilize resources from the us donor community to high quality foundations in Colombia in order to empower vulnerable communities through health, education, and the arts. In addition, we invest in leadership training, community and professional development, environmental sustainability, new technology frontiers, and internet access.
About This Cause
Since 2003 we have fostered strong relationships with local institutions and leaders who inspire change in the country. We are a home for Colombian residents and expats, and anyone around the world. We help donors find the projects they are passionate about and inspire them to join the social transformation of Colombia. Our goal is to provide donors with quality project choices so that they may choose to support the activities or locations that most closely match their interest. CFC commits to the highest standards of due diligence when it comes to project selection, resource management, and post-project impact monitoring. We are currently partnered with more than 90 nonprofit organizations in Colombia, implementing dozens of projects that assist over 4,000,000 vulnerable Colombians each year. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Thank you in advance for your generous support.
