Our goal is to share God's love with the people of Haiti by providing education, nutrition and healthcare.
About This Cause
Hut Outreach has been serving the people of southern Haiti since 1997. Our mission is fully run by a trusted team of Haitian leaders who are actively serving their own community. Donations go 100% to Haiti to achieve the greatest impact. What will your donation do? * Buy food locally to feed over 500 students daily * Pay our staff of over 20 teachers and support staff at two schools * Pay local nurse/ midwife and purchase medications and supplies for pregnant women who receive free care at the Women's Health Center * Fund the hospital voucher program to provide emergency/ surgical care as needed * Build/ repair homes as needed * Provide fresh drinking water through local sources including drilling wells 2024 brought a new need to light. We are now serving several dozen Haitian families in the Toledo, Ohio area. We are honored to advocate for them as we assist with translating, English classes. job search and finding affordable and safe housing.
