About This Cause
Founded by the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders in 1997, the Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center has been fighting to reduce the overwhelming stray/unwanted animal population in its county. HBPAC is an open admissions shelter and takes in over 6,000 companion animals in Camden County every year. HBPAC does three major things: provides shelter for stray/unwanted animals, finds those animals loving homes, and provides low-cost spay/neuter services.
