About This Cause
The Pedrozzi Foundation provides college and vocational scholarships and resources to Livermore students. We believe that all students deserve the chance to pursue their educational and career goals and that the lack of finances or information should not be a barrier. The Foundation was established when Mario Pedrozzi, a Livermore business man without any heirs, left his estate as a gift to the Livermore Community. Mario envisioned that his wealth could provide a means for students of all ages to achieve their educational and career goals. His objective was to promote higher education for a wide range of students who demonstrate desire, potential and promise of the future. Since 2008, the Pedrozzi Foundation has awarded scholarships to graduates of the high schools in Livermore, CA. Further leveraging Mario's gift, the Foundation also manages programs to promote a college- and career-bound culture for all Livermore students. Others are continuing Mr. Pedrozzi’s legacy by generously donating to this unique and high-impact organization.
