Mission Statement
The Brewery District Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation is a non-profit organization committed to making Cincinnati’s Brewery District a healthy, balanced and supportive neighborhood economy by preserving, restoring and redeveloping our unique brewing history and historic urban fabric.
About This Cause
Residents and business owners formed the Brewery District in 2003, in order to focus attention on a long neglected neighborhood. In 2005, the Brewery District Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (BDCURC) became a 501(c)3 non-profit to assist furthering the group’s mission: make the Brewery District a healthy, balanced and supportive neighborhood economy by preserving, restoring and redeveloping our unique brewing history and historic urban fabric. The BDCURC carries out its mission through social programming, educational and advocacy activities, business partnering and strategic urban planning.
