Mission Statement
Circle of Care fosters a partnership between families and communities. We provide comprehensive care management services for children with significant emotional and behavioral challenges so they and their families may achieve their greatest potential.
About This Cause
Circle of Care (COC) has been the designated Care Management Organization (CMO) for Passaic County since 2005. It is one of 15 independent nonprofit organizations throughout the state of New Jersey that contract with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) under the Children’s System of Care (CSOC). In the agency’s 16+ years, COC has grown, adapted, and improved its services to meet the needs and challenges of Passaic County youth. Currently, COC serves over 850 youth across 10 teams.
