Mission Statement
The rescue, care and adoption of unwanted and homeless animals. Continued education of the general public on the importance of spaying/neutering, positive training methods, exercise and appropriate medical treatment with humane care. To work hand and hand with other ethical rescue groups promoting good working relationships to save more lives.
About This Cause
Delaware Pet Rescue is a non-profit, 501c3 all volunteer animal rescue organization that has been operating with the help of volunteers, foster families and financial supporters since 2004. We save the lives of cats, dogs, puppies and kittens from high-kill shelters all along the east coast, puppy mills, and those in our local area that are reaching out for help to rehome or provide medical care and shelter for their pet. To date, we have rescued over 3,000 pets.
