Comics4Kids INC is a Pacific Northwest based comic book reading library and national 501 (c) 3 charity. We give comics to kids for Free to improve literacy and encourage imagination!
About This Cause
Established in 1993 and renamed in 1996, Comics4Kids INC is a Pacific Northwest comic book reading library and national 501 (c)(3) literacy charity that also collects, receives, and purchases comic books! We vet them for content, stamp them with our seal of approval beyond the comics code authority, and give them away to children FOR FREE to improve literacy and encourage imagination! We also reach English as a Second Language (ESL), Sensory Sensitive, and economically challenged kids! We send out many comics to youth groups, hospitals, and schools! Our sponsors include: COMICS DUNGEON (Seattle, WA), Comics Corner (Bellevue, WA), Diamond Comics Distribution, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Employee Matching Gift Program, S T E R A N K O, Warner Music Group, DC Entertainment, CBS Television Distribution, Pop Culture Philosophers,State Farm Insurance, IDW Publishing, Boom!
