Cross-Cultural Communications, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit that offers experiential workshops and trainings in cross-cultural communication, diversity and social justice. These help attendees to develop not only the skills to manage complex team dynamics, but also the PRACTICE that develops emotional memory for high-stakes moments. Just as pilot training creates the muscle memory of how to fly, managers and executives must develop the emotional memory to use (and not lose) their skills when they need them most.
