Our Vision The Deane Center for the Performing Arts is dedicated to providing a thriving venue within Tioga County to benefit and strengthen the community and the arts. We offer a venue to community activities and programming that includes Deane Little Beans, our cultural and arts education program for children, Our Golden Afternoons that focuses on health and well being of our elders, educational summer arts programming for children and young adults as well as office and performing space for the local chorus groups, theatre groups, and musical presentations
