Mission Statement

Plug-In North Central Washington is devoted to establishing the region as a catalyst and center for development, demonstrations and deployment of plug-in vehicles.

About This Cause

Since 2005 we have been working to increase the region’s energy security, spur the local economy, and reduce emissions by encouraging the adoption and deployment of plug-in vehicles and the needed infrastructure. As a wholly-owned non-profit subsidiary of the North Central Washington Economic Development District, Plug In North Central Washington (PINCW) has a mission to encourage adoption of plug in vehicles throughout the region. We do this through a combination of outreach, education, projects and programs.
