About This Cause
We are a no-kill foster based rescue helping homeless dogs by placing them in temporary homes until adopted. What a great way to help know and rehabilitate our dogs - through love and one-on-one attention. Aside from plenty of love and nurturing, our dogs receive vet care, training, and flourish into adoptable dogs! Not only does Dogs Without Borders rescue dogs from local city and county shelters, we also take in dogs from around the globe from countries where dogs' lives are endangered and threatened on a daily basis. We believe no matter where a dog is from, it deserves to be loved and cared for by the humans they've evolved to implicitly and unconditionally trust. We match each adopter with the right dog to suit energy level and lifestyle through our personal knowledge of our dogs and our foster-to-adopt program to let potential adopters "try out " a dog in their home before making a decision. Adopting a dog is a big commitment and our goal is to ensure families are 100 percent ready to become dog-owners for the entirety of the dog's life.
