About This Cause
Our goal is to create a better world by promoting respectful interaction through consent education. The Pan Eros Foundation is proud to offer a number of programs to meet the community's needs for education and connection. We host regular and special events where you can connect with others and explore your interests in a welcoming space. The Pan Eros Education program offers workshops every month, from beginner level classes to advanced techniques. Renowned educators come from all over the nation to teach a delightful array of topics. The Consent Academy is a collective of consent educators and experts. Through this program, we are committed to building consent culture. The Consent Academy is focused on developing and sharing curriculum on consent, respect, and personal responsibility for all ages and all backgrounds. Perhaps the greatest marker of our success is the now internationally recognized Seattle Erotic Art Festival, founded in 2002 to celebrate and promote freedom of sexuality, speech, and creativity through the erotic expression of fine art. Every year the Festival showcases a world-class visual art exhibition, glittering performances, interactive installations, erotic short film exhibition, captivating literary art, workshops and presentations, vibrant after-parties, and so much more. The Festival has also expanded to produce other spectacular events throughout the year.
