Mission Statement
The Lincoln Theatre is a state-of-the-art performing arts and education center in Columbus, Ohio, and a landmark in African-American and jazz history.The mission of the Lincoln Theatre Association is to serve as the steward of the historic landmark theatre, as an incubator for talented, emerging artists in our community, as a presenter of the highest quality artists from around the world, and as a creative partner that is an economic catalyst for the revitalization of the King-Lincoln District and downtown Columbus.
About This Cause
As part of our mission to educate, entertain, and advocate for diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility in the arts, the Lincoln Theatre Association is proud to offer several in-house programs and events. These programs include Artist Production Development Workshops, Community Conversations, Backstage at the Lincoln concert series, Club Lincoln performances, Patternz Summer Camp, and Walk of Fame.
