Mission Statement
The mission of the Foundation for Annie Jeffrey and Annie Jeffrey Health Center is to provide personalized, high quality health care services to the people of Polk County and the surrounding areas.
About This Cause
The Foundation for Annie Jeffrey is the fund-raising arm for Annie Jeffrey Health Center. Since 1956, Annie Jeffrey Health Center has been devoted to providing quality care for the residents of Polk County. As the health care leader in the area, Annie Jeffrey Health Center has taken the initiative to listen to the people in our community and address their health-related issues and concerns. By identifying the health needs of our community members, we have established wellness programs and health screenings in order to give community members the tools they need to make our community a healthier, more vital place to live and work. We offer two annual health fairs, publish quarterly newsletters and write an informative health article each week in the local newspaper to address health concerns.
