Mission Statement
To enable people with Alzheimer’s disease/dementia and frail seniors to age in place with dignity and with as much independence as possible by providing them with services that foster independence, including the following: a day center which provides a safe, structured environment for persons living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia; and respite, education and support to caregivers.
About This Cause
Our day center focuses on social and recreational activities, specifically for individuals with cognitive impairment; dementia and alzheimer’s. We offer a planned program of activities in a professional care setting, to engage our clients - giving them purpose in their day and opportunities to have fun. The combination of an enjoyable atmosphere and supervision promotes the health and independence of our clients as well as respite, education and support to caregivers.
