Mission Statement
It is the primary purpose of Peter Maurin House, Inc. d/b/a Hope House, to offer homeless or needy individuals in the City of Utica, New York, and its environs, a daytime opportunity for shelter, a hot, nutritious meal, and referral if desired, to any needed human service.
About This Cause
Feeding the hungry in God's name We are open seven days a week to all who are hungry. On most days, you can come in at 10AM for breakfast and stay until 5PM. Have some coffee and chat with friends, resting your weary feet and taking refuge from the cold outside. We also offer soap, shampoo and other toiletries.
