Mission Statement
We are a Non-Profit Organization providing the construction, mortgage services and placement of basic new homes for local working families in need. We serve Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties in upstate NY.
About This Cause
A decent home can remove barriers that might have been part of a family’s life for years, if not generations. Together, we can build a more just, more beloved community. Every person deserves the opportunity to grow, play and learn in safe, healthy homes. And every parent should have a fair chance to provide these conditions to their children. We believe affordable homeownership can change lives and build community.
