Mission Statement
Founded in 1982, NOAH serves the albinism community by providing information and support. NOAH's mission is to act as a conduit for accurate and authoritative information about all aspects of living with albinism and to provide a place where people with albinism and their families in the U.S. and Canada can find acceptance, support and fellowship. We envision a world where people with albinism are empowered to be fully-functioning members of society, where barriers and the stigma of difference no longer exist, and where people with albinism have a quality of life that is rewarding, dignified and fulfilling. Founded in 1982, NOAH serves the albinism community by providing information and support. NOAH is a not-for-profit corporation chartered in Pennsylvania and has a 501(c)3 status with the Internal Revenue Service and is registered as a public charity.
