PCAS is a community-based not-for-profit with a mission to improve the health and well-being of people with disabilities through sport and wellness activities.
About This Cause
PCAS operates a range of sport, recreation, and wellness programs on an ongoing basis. PCAS seeks to build inclusive communities where people of all abilities can participate in the recreation life of a community. Improving the health of a person with a disability can have enormous benefits including better integration, reducing depression, and improving independence.
