Mission Statement
Provide shelter for homeless, abused and neglected cats & dogs; assist first responders in abuse & neglect situations; educate the public on the welfare and care of cats and dogs; and act as advocates for animal rights.
About This Cause
The Animal Resource Center (ARC) consists of dedicated staff & volunteers governed by a board of directors. We lovingly shelter about 30 dogs and 80 cats (plus 40-50 kittens in foster homes) at our beautiful, rural shelter on 20 acres of donated land. We adopt out over 300 animals per year and return over 100 lost pets yearly to their grateful owners.
