Escuela del Sol Montessori, Inc. includes the Harwood Art Center) is an educational community that promotes an understanding of the interdependence of all life, values diversity, and encourages students of all ages to discover the role each plays in contributing to his or her community. Escuela del Sol practices education as integral to life. Serving people as young as 18 months, providing school through junior high and reaching into the community through our Harwood Art Center, Escuela truly is a model for the present and the future of education. We understand education not as one isolated component in the overall operation of society, but, in fact, as the heartbeat of society.
