Our Vision: Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4) will be, and will be recognized as, essential to the well-being of the communities we serve. Philosophy: C4 believes that people recovering from mental illness and emotional trauma are able to live, work and thrive in the community. Treatment is viewed as a partnership with the individual, C4 staff, and when possible, a network of family and friends. Working together, this supportive network enables an individual to heal in a safe, trusted environment marked by professionalism and skill.
