Mission Statement
The Denver Area Al-Anon /Alateen Service Center provides a variety of resources and services to facilitate hope, recovery and serenity to family members and friends of problem drinkers. We encourage members to experience the miracles of recovery and growth through participation in Al-Anon/Alateen meetings and service opportunities.
About This Cause
Primary Objectives of the Denver Area Al-Anon/Alateen Service Center To promote unity of purpose and growth of Al-Anon/Alateen groups in the metropolitan Denver Area. To maintain a central business office, with volunteers, as a clearing house for Al-Anon/Alateen literature. To channel requests from individuals seeking help in the solution of problems connected with an alcoholic family member or friend. To serve as the communications center for the member groups we serve with respect to matters of local area policy, publicity and interest. To be guided in all activities by the Al-Anon/Alateen Twelve Steps, Traditions, and Concepts of Service.
