Mission Statement
The mission of Boyertown Area Multi-Service, Inc. is to provide resources and services to meet unfulfilled human and community needs in the greater Boyertown area. True to our motto, we are here to support this community, its people, and their health and financial needs.
About This Cause
Celebrating 48 years, Boyertown Area Multi-Service is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization located in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. “The Multi-Service” is dedicated to meeting community needs within Boyertown Area School District and surrounding communities of Amity, District, Hereford, Pike, and Oley townships. We are a member organization of the Boyertown Area United Way and the United Way of Berks County. Services provided by the Multi-Service include emergency assistance for individuals and families facing food and/or housing insecurity, a senior center that offers daily congregate meals in addition to wellness programming and recreational activities, Meals on Wheels deliveries for homebound individuals in Berks and Montgomery Counties, and a community food pantry. In 2020, the agency assumed operation of the Richard J. Ricketts, Sr. Community Center in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, a place for local youth to gather for recreation, academic support and mentoring.
