CCDSD has adapted our programs by initiating trauma informed training for our staff to offer a seamless continuum of care designed to assist homeless to break the cycle of homelessness, stabilize their lives, receive essential social, health and behavioral health services, and, as feasible, reintegrate into society. CCDSD's foundation approaches the individuals that come to our programs as "whole" individuals and address multiple areas in their lives to better assist them.
