To support the Auroville project in India as a dynamic, living laboratory dedicated to solving humanity’s most pressing problems.
About This Cause
Auroville International USA (AVI USA) supports Auroville, a unique township in South India inspired by a remarkable vision of the future for humanity and for the earth. Auroville projects are working in areas like reafforestation and biodiversity research, preservation of indigenous species, women's health and empowerment, innovations in education, research in Sanskrit and Indic spirituality, Tamil cultural preservation, care for abused and stray animals, and much more. We work with institutions, collectives, and individuals in the USA and around the world to support Auroville’s development. We work directly with Auroville to determine priorities for fundraising and technical support and help people curious about Auroville stay connected through online events, curated content, and donations.
