Mission Statement
The Womens General Auxiliary (WGA 4 Kids) provides wheelchairs, adaptive equipment, toys and blankets for the children at Shriners Children's Twin Cities to enhance their quality of life through financial donations and contributions for the Shrine Auxiliares in the Midwest.
About This Cause
The purpose of the Women's General Auxiliary is to assist children in reaching their full potential by providing wheelchairs, orthotics and medical equipment to support a mission of improving the lives of children with special medical needs. We give children the independence that a wheelchair can provide. We also provide personal touches such as blankets, hats and mittens, toys and clothing. The Auxiliary is staffed 100% by volunteers and there are no paid positions.
