Fulfilling that vision in the rapidly changing world of healthcare requires leadership that fosters world-class medical care, pace-setting technology, thorough medical education and life-changing research. Each year Kettering Medical Center receives recognition for national or regional leadership in such areas as clinical quality, stroke care, rehabilitation, joint surgery, neurosurgery and neuroscience research, medical imaging, cardiac services, orthopedic care, medical education, and overall outstanding patient experience. In many instances, the quality of care that attracts this level of recognition has resulted from the gifts of grateful patients and special friends of Kettering Medical Center. KMCF is the fund development arm of KMC and exists to assist donors in providing funds for KMC and its various programs, institutions, and services. In addition to the Kettering Medical Center, these include Sycamore Medical Center, Kettering College, Sycamore Glen, and such programs as the Kettering Cardiovascular Institute, the Women's Wellness Fund, the Wallace-Kettering Neuroscience Institute, and many others.
