LYCOMING COUNTY SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS

Williamsport, Pennsylvania, 17701 United States

Mission Statement

Lycoming County SPCA protects ALL domestic animals for Lycoming County (and some fringe areas) from abuse and homelessness. We are the only agency in the county with the authority to investigate and prosecute cruelty cases. We help nearly 4,000 animals each year on average.

About This Cause

We are about more than just dogs and cats. We are about: happy families; helping during times of need; and keeping animals safe. Our mission is to protect all domestic animals by: providing shelter, emergency treatment, investigation, and prosecution of cruelty or abuse complaints; adoption and counseling; education programs; and humane care throughout Lycoming County. Since 1892 the Lycoming County SPCA has been at work for the animals. “We speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.” Your donation can help us in the care of almost 4,000 animals per year. From the littlest hamsters to rabbits, dogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles, horses, and any domestic animal you can imagine, we help them all. Be an animal hero and help the Lycoming County SPCA care for animals in need. We can make things better with your support!
