Mission Statement
Villa St. Joseph, located on the grounds of the Sisters of St. Joseph Motherhouse in Baden, PA, was founded in 1997 as a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Villa St. Joseph was established as a place of healing for the broader community, with a focus on care for older adults. Centered on a Catholic belief in the sanctity of life, each resident is embraced and respected as an individual. Basic services include short term skilled nursing and rehabilitation, long term nursing care, and specialized dementia care. Outpatient rehabilitation services, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, have been added in recent years. In addition, promoting excellence in person-centered care has led to the addition of music therapy and arts-focused programming. We provide care supported by building relationships with others, where residents reside in neighborhoods. Our service area includes Beaver and Allegheny Counties.
